Accommodations  
Guests are invited to rent the entire 3200 square foot, totally renovated four story 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home comprised of: living room, dining area, atrium, kitchen, laundry room, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths (including detached 1-bedroom cabin), 3500 square feet of decks and hot tub that sleeps 12 people for:
- $475 a night. $2950 a week (October-April). 2-night minimum.
- $525 a night. $3300 a week (May-September). 3-night minimum.
- Add 10% tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $175 to all rates.
To accommodate guests that don't need that much space, you are welcomed to rent the top 3 floors of the home (with the bottom floor of the home and cabin simply locked off and left vacant) and enjoy total privacy with: living room, dining area, atrium, kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3500 square feet of decks with a hot tub that sleeps 6 people for:
- $375 a night. $2450 a week (Available October-April only)
- 2-night minimum. Plus 10%tax and a one time cleaning fee of $175.
Payment: 50% deposit with remaining 50% 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: 60 days from arrival= no penalty.
14-60 days= 50% penalty. Less than 14 days= 100% penalty.
